If you are an EXODUS Founder, and you refer 3 or more Friends by December 7, 2024 at 11:59:59 PM (Central Time), who also opt-in using your Founder's Code URL by December 7, 2024 at 11:59:59 PM (Central Time) -- both you and your referred Friends receive the Founder's Civilian "Travelers" Cloak with the Founder's Emblem insignia on it to wear when off-duty in your Homeworld.
